I want to capture them as they really are.

My mini sessions are perfect for families who want a shorter photography experience while still creating beautiful, professionally edited portraits.

• 25 minutes of studio time

Where is your family photography studio?
My studio is based in Canvey Island, Essex (SS8).
What is the difference between a full session and a mini session?
A full session gives us more time and variety, making it ideal for larger family groups, multiple combinations, outfits or a mixture of portraits and natural photographs. Great for children who need some time to warm up!
A mini session is shorter and perfect when you want a small selection of beautiful updated photographs without a longer session
How long does it take to get our photos?
Once the shoot is over I will then get the best ones ready for you to choose from within 72 working hours.
Once you have chosen you will have your final images within 2 weeks.
is this only for siblings?
These sessions are for anyone! Just your child on their own or getting all the cousins together! I don't mind who you bring along to your session. I do have maximum capacity of around 8 people due to the size of the studio. If you need a bigger group please contact me.
Can we bring more than one outfit?
Yes you can. We can do as many outfit changes as you want/time allows.
What should we wear?
I’ll provide guidance before your session, but generally I recommend coordinating colours and textures rather than everyone wearing identical outfits. Think matching palette rather than matching colours.
What if my child won’t sit still?
That’s completely fine! I’ll work with their personality and use movement, interaction and games where appropriate. Some of the most natural photographs happen when children aren’t sitting still.
Can I buy additional photographs?
Yes. Your package includes a set number of digital images, with additional images available to purchase.
The Complete Collection is £300 and includes every edited photograph from your session, together with 6x4 prints and a personalised USB in a keepsake box.
Individual images are £11 or you can purchase 10 for £100.
DO I PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is needed to secure your session.
This is then deducted from the final payment which is due on the day of your session.
